Influência de protocolo Ovsynch sobre o comportamento sexual e a fertilidade de ovelhas e borregas

Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o comportamento sexual e a fertilidade de ovelhas borregas após aplicação um protocolo indução/sincronização estro utilizando GnRH. As fêmeas foram distribuídas aleatoriamente em dois grupos experimentais: grupo 1 (G1) foi constituído pluríparas com 2 3 anos idade, (G2) composto por borregas, 7 8 meses idade. Todas as submetidas ao Ovsynch, que consistiu na administração GnRH no dia 0 (D0), d-cloprostenol sete dias mais tarde (D7) uma segunda dose (D9) administrada 48 horas após. observações iniciadas imediatamente PGF2α, sendo realizadas vezes dia, duração 4 dias. Os animais do G2 não manifestaram sinais estro. Do total tratadas G1, 85,7% A taxa gestação obtida nos G1 83,3% (5/6), qual confirmada meio diagnóstico positivo aos 40 pós-cobertura. Em conclusão, os resultados demonstraram tratamento hormonal Ovsynch eficiente induzir/sincronizar estro, bem produziu elevada pluríparas. Entretanto, mesmo se mostrou jovens (borregas).
